Bordeaux, February 9, 2017 – Le Pressoir d’Argent, Gordon Ramsay’s fine dining restaurant, situated on the first floor of the Intercontinental Bordeaux - Le Grand Hotel, has today been awarded its second Michelin star, just 17 months after first opening its doors. Le Pressoir d’Argent pays homage to the world-renowned local produce and wines from the Bordeaux region as well as heralding outstanding produce from the British Isles, offering guests a unique culinary experience of a lifetime.

The 2017 Council of Europe Museum Prize has been awarded to Mémorial ACTe (MACTe), Caribbean Centre of Expressions and Memory of the Slave Trade and Slavery, Guadeloupe.
