Smartphone Innovator, Paris Helpline, Wins 2015 World Tourism Fair Award

For immediate release: Paris Helpline, a turnkey, smartphone service, seeks to revolutionize the tourism experience. Guides, maps, or searches are no longer necessary: Paris Helpline provides the right tourism or cultural information collected from the news or day-to-day living in the capital exactly when the visitor needs it. A Smartphone with an unlimited national plan and the Paris Helpline application is delivered to the tourist. The application on the phone enables them to directly contact an advisor in their language. The advisor will provide them with information, advice, and guidance according to their questions, needs, desires and/or emergencies. All responses are optimized in real time through the Smartphone’s GPS tracking system. Information is simultaneously sent to the application on the phone which memorizes and synchronizes it, in particular all routes. Paris Helpline is currently available, for 36 Euros, in five languages with unlimited SMS and browsing. Ten other languages will be available on Paris Helpline by June 2015.
