FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida – This year Atout France presented the destinations and ports of France at the Seatrade Cruise Global 2018 in Fort Lauderdale March 5-8 at booth #2207 with two new partners, Galeries Lafayette and Caen Ouistreham Normandy Cruise. France as a cruise hub offers a plethora of destinations ranging from the Mediterranean Sea, the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Oceans to the French Caribbean (not to mention river and canal cruising in mainland France.) You'll find a delectable mix of sun and French joie-de-vivre where a warm spirit and authenticity reign supreme. With increasing growth in France as a cruise destination, Atout France and its partners, destinations of maritime cruises, have analyzed an inventory of the arrivals passengers in the 95 French ports and sites of call. In 2017, cruise destinations in mainland France and overseas regions received 5.32 million stopover passenger arrivals, +3.5% compared to 2016. It is to be noted that the Mediterranean and the Atlantic are the most popular cruise destinations in France. With 32 maritime cruise destinations, offering 95 ports and stopovers, in 7 seas and oceans, France benefits from a unique competitive advantage.
