NEW YORK, NY – December 22, 2016 – Christmas has come early for anyone wishing for more Martinique this Holiday Season as Norwegian Air has extended its schedule of nonstop flights from New York (JFK) to The Isle of Flowers by a bonus month. The flights, which began November 10, 2016, were originally scheduled through the end of March 2017. With the extension, travelers can now revel in the joys of a Martinique escape through the end of April 2017.
Muriel Wiltord, Director Americas for the Martinique Promotion Bureau, commented on the new Norwegian Air schedule, saying: “Five months of Martinique is great, but six is most certainly better, especially as early indications seem to suggest we’re in for a particularly long and very cold winter. We look forward to welcoming winter-weary U.S. travelers to our warm and welcoming shores through the end of April, and for years to come.”
Norwegian Air nonstop flights from New York (JFK) to Martinique operate 3x’s weekly as follows:
NEW YORK – Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (Through April 30, 2017)
JFK / FDF: Departing 1:20 p.m. Arriving 7:15 p.m.
FDF / JFK: Departing 8:05 a.m. Arriving noon
